As with all NSI NACOSS approved security companies, our systems are regularly checked to ensure they comply with the most recent British and European standards in quality and reliability and in addition, we have achieved the coveted NSI NACOSS Gold medal standard for reliability and service.
If monitoring is required, we install and maintain high grade CSL Dualcom equipment which communicates with our monitoring station 24/7; if your alarm is activated, the monitoring station is immediately contacted with information on the type of activation, and keyholders or the police will be actioned. Such equipment sends signals via an IP connection and/or over the mobile data network, ensuring that there will be no interruptions in the connection.
We are installers of both Risco and Pyronix smart alarm systems. These utilise the capabilities of your smartphone to provide the simplest, most user-friendly experience when using the alarm day to day. Even if you are away from home, the smartphone app keeps you connected to your alarm, allowing you to, among other things, set and unset the system. If the alarm triggers you will get a notification which not only informs you of the activation but also provides additional information such as which alarm sensor caused the activation.
